I discovered drainage issues on my property and had a landscaper trench and redirect the downspouts away from the home foundation. The landscaper identified the span of my roof may also be contributing to drainage issues and I may need the gutters realigned and a new downspout installed. Colin inspected the area in question and found that the adjoining home was missing gutters and the downspouts were missing causing excessive water flow issues on my property. After inspection Colin noted the root of my water issues was from the neighbor.
