I hired Rapid to install my closet system in my spare bedroom. At first, I was a little perplexed. The contractor that came initially told us that he didn't know how to install the closet. I gave very detailed information when I requested the job. So, yes, I was disappointed. After speaking with Brian, my project was rescheduled. He apologized and promised to get a contractor to me as soon as possible. The contractor assigned to the reschedule was simply amazing!!! He did the job quickly and efficiently. My spare bedroom walk-in closet looks fantastic. I am very pleased and will definitely hire again.

I was extremely satisfied with RPQS and would hire them again. Brian did an awesome job on installing my three storm doors. Lowe's refused to install my front storm door due to the size of the frame. However, Brian expanded, customized and painted the frame, so my beautiful storm door would fit. He even cleaned up his working area! The doors look amazing and add light to my home. I would definitely recommend Brian for any household projects. Thank you so much! I appreciate your excellent work quality.

Communication with the owner and team was excellent. The job was promptly scheduled after I received a welcomed follow-up call for a little more detail on the crown molding project (install). One thing I remember Brian saying is that his crews are so good that they are often called in to clean up what other contractors have done. Although my service guy was timely and had a great personality, the "finishing" of the crown molding left a bit to be desired. I've had to pull out a drop cloth, ladder, spackle, sandpaper, and paint to achieve what I consider to be a well-done job. I did not expect a DIY project after the paid project.
