- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide discounts for Military Veterans and First Responders. We are very transparent with our pricing and will only give estimates on what is needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send you an SMS message or call when our technician is on the way to your house. Upon arrival the technician will perform a free safety inspection of your door then he will diagnose and give you free a estimate which will include several options for fixing your door.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have several years of on the job experience as garage door techs and receive training at Amar's national training facility in North Carolina.
