It is with great pleasure that I write this review. Benny, the owner of OS Garage, has to be one of the most thorough and professional individuals that I have ever done business with. I was in an emergency type of situation with my garage door. The spring had snapped and due to the age of my door it was extremely heavy and I could not get my cars out. I called Benny on a Sunday afternoon. He immediately stopped his today and came to assess my situation. After arriving, he quickly presented me with my options and agreed to assist no matter what my option was. My wife and I decided to replace the door. Benny came out the next day with the door of our choice and installed it within a couple of hours. If you’re reading this, Benny is your guy! Good luck with your search.

Ben and Jason were phenomenal! I originally reached out because I had a new door opener that wasn't installed properly and I couldn't get the remote opener to sync. Ben came out the same day I reached out and was able to get everything fixed for me. Ultimately while he was there I decided to replace the door as well, my original door was wood and very old and unsafe. There was a door available and Jason installed it the next day in less than three hours. I haven't been able to use my garage for my car for 2 years and tonight is the first night my car is in the garage! I recommend Ben to anyone for their garage door needs, I won't be dealing with anyone else in the future.

What can I say? Pleasant experience from start to finish! Ben is the absolute best! He called within seconds of my project request and came out a few hours later as agreed to provide a free diagnostic estimate. My spring broke and the top panel separated at the hinges from the rest of the door. As a result, my home was not very secure. I needed a quick turnaround and Ben did not disappoint! He gave his honest expert opinion and provided his very reasonable quotes. Plus, he was somehow able to find a comparable replacement door AND install it the very next day whereas other contractors estimated 2-3 weeks. I even asked about replacing the opener since we replaced the door etc and he said he was not there to sell me something I don’t need. How often does that happen??? He also left my garage extra clean after installation. It was an absolute pleasure working with Ben and I highly recommend O.S. Garage Solutions!

O. S. Garage Doors was great! My former property rental company replaced the garage door openers and did what was probably the worst possible job with them. O. S. Garage Doors came out, quickly assessed the situations (I have two openers, and each one was riddled with problems), and got them installed properly and working flawlessly. The price was more than reasonable and I will seek O. S. Garage Doors if I have any other garage door needs.
