Prompt, professional, and patient! We reached out to Ivan at 1am on Thumbtack to install two new light fixtures - a dining room chandelier and a ceiling fan for our living room. Despite the hour, he responded immediately and was able to schedule for the next day! He arrived promptly at his scheduled time and had the old dining room light down and new fixture up super quick. The ceiling fan installation presented a ton of problems. Our living room is two stories with a very sloped, cathedral ceiling. And unfortunately, the ceiling fan we purchased was not compatible. Ivan tried to make it work for us and even made a trip to Home Depot to purchase a new bracket and down rod. He was very patient and professional throughout the whole ordeal. We ended up purchasing a new fan that he was able to install without a problem. We were so pleased with Ivan’s service, we had him come back to install the other fan in our bedroom which is also a cathedral ceiling but not nearly as sloped so it worked there. You will not regret hiring Ivan for your job.

He kept me informed of his arrival status. He had all the tools he needed to repair the bed frame successfully using the original parts and securing the frame slates. Once he completed that job he replaced an outlet cover and changed the ceiling fan bulb. He is very handy and friendly. He did excellent work.
