I booked Hector and Associates for a drywall project. He called, we spoke, solidified plans, and everything was good. The appt time came and went, no call or text. So 3 hours later I texted him to ask if he was still coming. He apologized and said the next day. The next day came and I texted him that morning and asked him to verify a time. He confirmed the time, and never showed up or texted. Bottom line, if you’re looking for a reliable contractor who at least follows up, Hector is NOT your best option!! Now my project is behind schedule
