Cruz and his team did the inspection WITH me and so that I can see exactly what he saw and to ensure that I was going to get what I paid for and not scammed. We found clogged ducts, unchanged filters and MOLD throughout the ducts and vent! Turns out the previous owner hadn't cleaned the ducts for at least 5+ years. Cruz replaced all the ducts, replaced all filters, set up a UV lamp to kill any mold from ever growing again, All for a fair price

I had my ducts cleaned and installation of gas logs done. There was no dust or smell in the house which is great as I have allergies. Their cleaning method was wonderful. Cruz took pictures of everything he did before the cleaning and after they were done. Cormont even provides a discount if you have other services performed while they are still there. Very respectful of the property and people.
