- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take great pride is provide a fair but accurate price. Once we quote a project, we won't be coming back asking for more unless there is a scope change. The pricing we provide is thorough and complete so you know exactly what your getting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to visit your location to see the project so we can provide you with the best possible information, show you our process , show you the expectations, explain the timing and anything we will need while performing the project. We make the entire experience as easy for you as possible and when we are finished we will walk it with you to make sure you are happy and that we have left your location better than when we arrived.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an executive for fortune 500 companies for over 30 years, owned and operated small companies for over 10 years. My primary focus as always been taking care of customers, providing that "WOW" customer service. If your not happy, I am not happy. I have been remodeling homes, doing drywall projects and helping friends and family for 40 years and it is something I am very passionate about. Drywall is an art and I like to consider myself an artist.
