- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
iTrust Home Services likes to come out for a free quote to evaluate the scope of your job to be able to best determine pricing. Visiting the home and seeing first hand the scope of the job is always our preference to put a competitive price together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
iTrust Home Services likes to visit the homeowner to determine a full assessment of their needs and objectives. We offer free quotes and are timely in sending a quote to the client after meeting with them. Once the client accepts the job, we take an initial small downpayment to secure your spot and then a larger depost at the start of the project. Final payment is due at the completion of the project.
