- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin the process by establishing a rapport with our new client on the phone. We explain the whole process from top to bottom, and answer all of their questions. We notify the client once. we are on the way to the appointment. One of our leads always comes to meet the new client along with the cleaning team to ensure that everyone is on the same page and then we provide great service.
