This is proprietary information that we share with the consumer during initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set an appointment for a consultation/inspection. We explain all facets of the problem and all available solutions. We do not brow beat our customers to submission. Our goal is to educate our customers on their foundation issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Structural certification through Grip Tite engineering. Certified waterproofing contractor. 20 years of experience in my field. We have protected hundreds of homes from water intrusion.
