FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a flat rate pricing system. The price is determined by factors such as: the task that is being performed, length of time to complete the job, materials required for the job, warranty coverage, additional labor, permit fees and industry standard rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*An appointment is scheduled by the customer for a plumber to come out. *The plumber then arrives at the scheduled time. He will visually inspect your plumbing system in order to determine the best solution. This will also allow us to provide you with some options. *A detailed proposal(which includes the materials being used, warranty info, work to be performed, length of time to complete the job, pricing, payment terms)will be written up once we know what the customer wants or needs to have done to their plumbing system. Once the proposal is finalized it will be emailed to the customer. *If the customer approves the proposal with their signature then the plumber shall proceed with the work. Once the work is completed the work is tested for any leaks or defects. When all the plumbing task(s) are done we clean up our area so that it looks like we were never there in your home. *Customer is then provided with a final walk through of the work performed and the plumber will answer any question they may have at that time. *An invoice is then given to the customer that has attached photos of the completed work. Finally we collect payment from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

During that time I have also gained industry knowledge in the classroom attending the Georgia Plumbing Institute and Georgia Water & Wastewater Institute. By gaining the knowledge in the classroom and many years of experience being in the field I now carry a the following licenses: *Georgia state license as an Unrestricted Class ll Master Plumber *Georgia EPA certified Backflow Assembly Tester. I'm currently working towards getting my Georgia state Medical Gas license.
