- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use Xactimate, which is the insurance industry accepted standard pricing software. Pricing is generally not an issue unless you call larger franchises. They often need to charge more to cover their higher costs of operation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You have a single lead technician who will work with you throughout the job until completion and who you will quickly grow to know and trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since this is an ever evolving industry, we continually keep abreast of new standards and perform periodic retraining to maintain our certifications and provide the best possible service to you.
