Originally from Acworth, GA I am a result driven, personal trainer and nutrition coach with over 10+ years as a ISSA certified Personal Trainer. With my certification, I have been trained to provide safe, high-quality exercise programming for all specializing in endurance training, resistance training and fitness nutrition. I'm also certified for special training with individuals with all stages of Parkinson’s Disease, senior fitness and exercise therapy. With an understanding that every person is different, each session is specified to each clients own individual fitness needs and goals through a customized and progressive exercise schedule without having to leave the comfort of their home. Trent is an extraordinary Personal Trainer. He customizes personal training sessions & group training sessions to accommodate individual needs. During group training sessions, he has cultivated such an incredible skill set of delivery, that he's capable of coaching you individually, making you feel like you're the only one that matters. I've spent a lot of time spectating Trent as he's coached a wide array of clientele aging from young adults to senior citizens. He's always professional, patient, encouraging, & inspiring. The most captivating, riveting, & impressionable sessions that I've witnessed are his training sessions with a senior citizen diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Watching the two of them box is equivalent to watching an orchestrated symphony. It's simply priceless! Personal training with Trent stretches far beyond HIIT or MITTS. Your personal fitness journey entails accountability. He holds you accountable to be self-disciplined to do the necessary work to obtain your desired goals. He creatively implements the S M A R T Analysis as part of his innovative & modernized training style. Working out with TJ is awesome, he really understands all aspects training, health and wellness. Almost every workout is different, utilizing various methods and exercises which makes it fun. I’ve seen change extremely quickly!
