FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know that with my pricing comes with, not only personal training but, the knowledge to apply the principles taught when you are no longer under the supervision of a trainer. The client will know why we are doing what we are doing, what muscle group is targeted and exactly how to execute the repetitions to get that muscle group activated. You'll receive a complete breakdown on nutrition as well as daily tips and suggestions in needed. My goal is to educate you to the point that when training is over, you will be able to continue with no hesitation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically after we connect, i ask about goals they may have and i offer a solution. I show them all credentials and and explain to them how i plan to help them specifically. We'll go through somewhat of a consultation/ meet and greet where I show you how I can help assist you with your goals, address questions and concerns and eventually go through a training session to give you a feel for what it would be like to train with me. Afterward, we'll discuss schedule and pricing and revisit any new questions or concerns that you may have.
