- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we have a brief phone consultation about the client's need. At this point, we can set dates and times to come in and organize whatever space we have agreed on. I have come to realize that every client wants something unique and individualized and not a "prescribed process" Before our work starts at the client's location, we do a brief In-home free consultation and discuss the client's needs and what is bothering them the most. I always want to know what the problem areas are and how soon the client needs those areas organized so they can be functional again. We then work on setting some organization goals, packing or unpacking preparation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Marketing and Human Resources. I'm also a counselor. My work requires a good service provider to be understanding, compassionate, non-judgmental and empathetic. I need to be willing and ready to solve my client's problem in the best way possible. My educational background and training equipped me to be exactly that.
