Chris was amazing! Very quick to respond and did a great job. He’s able to do so much more than just put equipment together. He disassembled and assembled a bed for us in addition to putting together my treadmill. We shifted directions midway through the project and he was super understanding and flexible with our decision and accommodated to our shifting asks. So easy to work with! We’ll definitely be using him again.

Thumbtack would not allow the option to select more then 3 descriptive words about our experience - none the less words may not express how very very pleased we were with the customer service, professionalism, communication, and responsiveness of our technician Chris - he was amazing - he took his time but what we respected the most was his honesty and integrity, which you don't find much these days - he diagnosed our situation with our treadmill and provided the outcome - we needed a new motor - he expressed the company we could go through to purchase the replacement and once we receive the motor he would come back and install - his communication was effective and considerate - when the motor came in we arranged for a time and date - he came out and replaced the motor and we now have our treadmill back - he gave us tips on how to get the most out of our new motor so that we are not over using it - Chris was a delight - we highly highly recommend him- you won't be disappointed-
