Gary, from Air Medics Heating and Air was great to work with. He checked my system thoroughly and performed system checks to ensure me that my furnace was working fine. My main concern was that I was smelling fumes at night when my furnace would kick in. Gary responded to my request the same day (on a Sunday). If you are looking for a locally owned heating and air service, look no further. Professional, prompt, excellent customer service, knowledgeable trustworthy and friendly. Gary took the time to thoroughly explain the issues I was having with my A/C unit while providing quality work at a fair price. Great company to deal with, highly recommend. My dependable, 23 year old Rheem furnace finally wore out! After a lot of research, I came across the Air Medics website. They were having a fall special, and unlike other sites, they actually listed a starting price to install a new furnace! I contacted them and scheduled an in-home estimate. Gary came out when requested for the assessment and thoroughly explained everything. He made sure I was comfortable with the proposed service, price, and information. (They really do have the best prices!) The furnace was replaced the next day within a few hours! Gary and Connor were professional, friendly, efficient, and timely. If you're in 'search mode' for HVAC service, save yourself some time and energy, and just contact Air Medics!

Gary is awesome... I called liked 10 companies having to talk to a receptionist to scheduled a visit, have someone come out, me take off work but Mr. Roberts took me thru a little check list over the phone and had my heat working in mins. It's really cool to know companies out here still exit.
