I had a somewhat unique need for carpet installation, I am replacing my upstairs rooms with hardwood, but I wanted carpet in the hallway and on the closet floors. Jose was incredibly punctual, and provided me a precise quote very quickly. He came out exactly when he said he would, and did an incredible job installing the odd amount of carpet I needed incredibly quickly. It looks great, the price was great, and I couldn't be happier. Absolutely will be calling JC Carpet in the future if I ever need any other flooring done.

Everything you would expect out of a professional! Jose was on time for our appointment, and always quick to respond to any message I sent to him. He explained everything thoroughly at our appointment, and everything happened just as he said it would (no over promises).The carpet installation looks great! We both love it! Jose was *perfect* for my job. I live out-of-town and needed to install left-over carpet remnants at my daughter's home. Everything had to work right for me to drive to Atlanta bringing carpet, Jose arriving on time, and installing carpet on 14 stairs and a landing. Through several emails and timely phone calls, Jose communicated well and met my schedule. Jose evaluated the carpet I had, recommended the best approach, and got right to work. He matched like pieces so that the different carpet types don't even show! In and out in an hour. Very professional and efficient :-) I have already recommended Jose to my other daughter!
