FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a case by case basis and dependant on the size and quality of the home as well as the property itself. Additional factors which may impact pricing are the type of appraisal needed. It is best to discuss what your needs are to find what type of appraisal may fit those needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first discuss your appraisal needs and the type of property that you have. Such as the size and quality of the home and property under consideration. Once a fee is agreed to we can set an appointment. Payment is due at the time of inspection. At the time of inspection we will go over all the aspects of the appraisal process. The inspection itself typically takes between thirty minutes to an hour. We will measure the entire home and take photos of the exterior as well as all the interior rooms.
