Dmitry responded immediately to my work request and was available same day! He was very knowledgeable and determined to not only fix my washer but gave me great tips to prevent future appliances. He was very professional and even provided tips on all my appliances to prevent future problems! Thank you Dimitri! I knocked our dishwasher off kilter and the door wouldn't line up and close anymore. He reached out, came next day on a Saturday morning right at 8 am as promised. Took him less than 30 minutes, he showed me what had happened and how he fixed it. I will trust him with any future appliance repairs!
