He drained and cleaned out our swim spa, checked that everything functioned as it should and then was really really helpful with all of my pesky questions on how I can maintain the spa on my own. Wonderful company. Owner very polite and really knows what they are doing. Left our hot spa clean and running perfectly. They repaired the hot tub spa, cleaned and sanitized it. Company also offers weekly maintenance service. Recommend their services for sure.

I received a text from the contact number indicating the technician would arrive “around” 2:00 pm. At approximately 3:45 pm I texted the contact number to cancel the service call. Within 1 to 2 minutes I received a text indicating the technician was almost at my residence. When I told the technician I expected him at or around 2:00 pm he replied “I had no idea I was supposed to be here around 2:00 pm.” Once the technician was onsite, he did a great job of purging the hot tub, explaining his methods to bring the water back to clean and proper chemical standards. If the technician was not made aware of the scheduled time, the “office”(?) failed, not only the customer but also the technician. The technician completed the job and apologized for the scheduling miscommunication. Hopefully this review can assist the company to improve their communication processes.
