I was nervous about calling someone that I was not familiar with but Bay 2 Bay Plumbing did a great job. The young men were polite and professional and had my plumbing issue fixed with no issues.

Technician arrived on time to assess plumbing. He was open and honest, as the sinks were no longer leaking. Provided great advice on how often to maintain the plumbing as well as equipment available for the do it yourself homeowner. I appreciated the experience.

Wow these guys were prompt and their expertise saved us probably $1,000. Rather than just racking up the bill with every possible thing, they explained the options and the benefits of each. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any other projects!

Had a water leak on the top bladder and housing unit above our water heater. JC came out the same day within a few hours and temporarily fixed the unit and ultimately replaced it today. Was very professional and communicated well! Definitely recommend!!

👍🏽👍🏽Tyler was very helpful and was most thorough vs the other plumbers who came to give estimates. He went to other sinks/bathrooms to make sure what kind of piping my house had and then advised me what my next step should be. Everyone else just took a quick look and gave me an estimate 👎🏽

Details: Other pipe installation needs • Hook-up appliance or fixture • House

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always been mechanically inclined but after my career in the army, I got a job with a premier, national plumbing company where I worked my way up to a certified field trainer and supervisor. After many years doing this I felt I could offer the same exceptional service at a much lower cost.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't hire the cheapest guy. Good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. Get multiple estimates and generally go with the middle estimate. Obviously use common sense when doing so. Don't throw your money away paying for a premium name company but don't hire a fly by night handyman either. You'll end up paying more later in the long run with cheap labor.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    1) Are you licensed & insured? 2)What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer? 3) Do you offer senior/military discounts? 4) Do you offer free estimates? 5) How many years experience do you have?
