- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Absolute Air, we pride ourselves on having fair pricing. We don't have any hidden fees or unnecessary costs. We do offer discounts! 10% off for Military, Veterans, Seniors, Emergency Personnel, and Teachers. We also have a Manager's Premium Certificate for those.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are contacted through Thumbtack we will respond within 24 hours and figure out what the issue is. If it is an emergency or no ac call we will try to get someone out asap based on our available technicians and your availability. If it is something we can schedule in advance, we will schedule based on your availability. After the initial conversation on the app, we will give you a call via your phone number to proceed with scheduling and follow-ups.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured with a Florida state license and do regular manufacturing training. Our technicians are trained hands-on with on-the-job training and are always willing to learn. Our owner has over 35 years of experience in HVAC.
