- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To secure booking a deposit of 50% of your total amount must be made. The remaining balance will be due 10 days prior to your event. Cancellation policy: cancelled events a month prior to event can receive 30% of paid deposit. No refunds will be given if event is cancelled within 10 days leading to event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to help bring the customers vision to life. Whatever they want I will try my best to make it happen and look the very best. If a customer is not sure of what they want I will also help them make a decision by creating a mood board with them and providing them with display options.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As an educator you have summer time off which inspired me to begin decorating with Balloons. I love to decorate and this hobby turned into a passion.
