I found Travis after unsatisfactory sessions with other trainers. No one aligned with my goals and overall what I wanted to get out of training and moving towards living a healthy lifestyle.My favorite things about Travis are that he is really proficient at helping you move your body correctly and efficiently. No unnecessary strain or movements outside of what you need for your body. I have lower back issues and after I made note of, (which he already noticed in my movements) he helped my form and modified the workouts to help me do the exercise correctly and also avoid injury. Travis has never once diagnosed me with some fake ailment or made me feel like I couldnt take my training and health to the next level. In other words there was nothing stopping me, other than myself. And thats something I really appreciate. I never feel insecure with Travis.He has worked with a lot of different people in a lot of different environments and has done a lot of different styles of training himself. He really is extremely knowledgable and helpful, but more over, hes a friend. He will be there to motivate you and always steer you in the right direction. An added bonus is he can help with diet as well.Id give the man more stars if I could, hes that good.

I have trained with Travis for several years. Travis is an outside of the box thinker who is equipped with the skills and knowledge to help you reach whatever fitness goals you may have (including clients in the most troublesome of situations). Training with Travis has improved my overall quality of life and has taught me the physical and mental benefits of exercise. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars!

Travis is absolutely incredible. He has changed my entire life. I truly have never worked with a better trainer! He is so knowledgeable about the field and really makes programs designed for you and your goals. He is so fun, enjoyable, and personable! Hes come to my house and trained my mom and I for years, and when I moved away, we trained via FaceTime where he is just as good. Ive gotten so much stronger, I am seeing the changes I want to see, and he helps me with nutrition questions and macros. Lucky to work with this guy!
