Our pricing structure is simple. No hidden fees with Rent Prosper! If we don't perform and get your property rented, you pay us nothing. We are transparent, honest, and ethical when it comes to costs and fees. From our monthly Owner Statements, to our Maintenance Invoices, to our Turnover/Renovation Estimates... we strive for a reliable and detailed approach. We'll take the time needed go over items with you via email and phone... anytime!

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Rent Prosper team is made up of experienced real estate professionals. Our founders are licensed Real Estate Brokers, REALTORS, Certified Investment Analysts, and Community Association Managers... with over 30 years of experience in the local Central Florida market. We have a fully licensed in-house Air Conditioning company as well, for faster service, plus cost/quality control. Benefiting our tenants AND owners alike. Our investment property manager teams are fully licensed Real Estate professionals, whom have over 30 years experience in the local area as well.
