Since starting my journey here I feel stronger, more confident and have toned up, all thanks to my awesome personal trainer Chris!Chris has taken into account my overall goals while tailoring to my needs during each individual session. He makes sure to ask how I am feeling and adjusts our workouts accordingly. He knows when to push me and makes sure Im using proper form, which I appreciate as it prevents injury. Chris is patient, knowledgeable, flexible, kind and upbeat. He makes working out fun and enjoyable and I am so grateful for his guidance and support. Regardless of what mood I am in before walking into RAP Fitness, I always feel great walking out.The other trainers are friendly, the gym is clean and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and completely judgement free. If you are looking for a place to check all of your fitness needs boxes off, this is the place for you!

Chris has been an amazing trainer! He takes the time to make sure you are doing every movement properly so you do not injury yourself. He is very educated in all things fitness-nutrition, exercises, everything! Ask him any question and he has an answer for you. He is also very flexible. If you dont like a certain exercise he will come up with a new one right away. He also accommodates to any disabilities. For example, I hurt my back recently and he has been working with me to gain my strength back and to heal. He does his research and he dedicates so much time to your personal workout plan. He is GREAT!

Chris is amazing to work with! Hes friendly and relaxed while still making sure your form is right and no one gets injured. I had never done strength training before and he made sure to start slow and work our way up to more challenging exercises. Ive been working with him for over a year and I cant believe how much progress Ive made. The other trainers are welcoming and supportive, and the gym itself is clean and has a lot of different equipment that they are always updating or adding to. Id definitely recommend them to anyone.

Before I trained with Chris I was not happy with how I felt and looked, I wanted more muscle and tone and to just overall feel healthier! After only a couple weeks-3 months I was already noticing a huge difference. Fast forward to now, I couldnt be happier with the results! I feel and look stronger, and have toned all the places that I initially talked about to him. Super friendly and welcoming environment that I was so happy to come workout to. I never liked big gyms with a big crowd and I finally found the perfect people and place! Cant thank him enough!

Chris is a great trainer! He develops a training program especially tailored to your needs based on your specific goals, physical prowess and guided by his own knowledge of physical health. I got some great recommendations to improve my diet and lifestyle in general while working with him.My goal was to gain weight, and I was able to gain 16 pounds of muscle mass in a period of a few months, which is something I had not been able to do in years. I am very thankful to him; I could see that he really enjoyed training and was very serious, dedicated and professional.He keeps you motivated to succeed and at the same time, he prepares you to be independent by providing you with the skills and discipline to work out on your own eventually. I highly recommend him.
