- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll schedule a time for you to come in where I'll take a survey of your history and understand what's going on and what's affecting you from living the life you want to be living right now. I'll put together a plan to help you work on the things you need in order to get your body back into alignment or your health back on track. Working together, I will give you everything you need to rehab from injury, recover from a sedentary lifestyle, and the tools you need to operate at the highest level possible…even going beyond what you think is possible for your fitness and performance now!
