- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We email new clients paperwork about their health and fitness goals. That way we have an idea of where they are at health wise and what they are trying to achieve. When they come in for their initial consult/workout we are very thorough and try to learn exactly what they would like to achieve. Everything is tailored to the individual and what their goals are. Once we know that, we show them how we can help them achieve their goals and how we have done it with hundreds of clients over the last ten years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have clients that range from 18-90 years old. However, our niche and expertise lies with the 40 plus year old demographic. We understand it's harder to get results as you age and we know how to overcome that.
