- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Lightspeed we strive to be as competitive as possible with pricing, as well we still provide superior service. We will work with our customers to provide them with what they need to remedy their issues inside the home and let them understand all line items on any estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to educate our customers here at Lightspeed in order to allow the customer to make the best decision on what it is that is going on and how to remedy it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed in both Mold Remediation and Mold Assessment, and our team leader has been for over seven years.
