- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Did you serve or still serve? Are you a Teacher or Firefighter or even an Law Enforcement? If so you get 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I confirm all the details with the Customer. For example is Power or Water Supply onsite, does the Customer already have materials or do we need to buy those before we show up at the job site. If Materials have to be bought we discuss with the Customer his options upfront so Customers are not surprised with additional costs. We do also have trailers so even bigger material need to be transported we can bring our own trailers to get the job done quicker and that results in more cost effectiveness which means for a Customer that he pay's less out of pocket over all.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I done since my teenage years remodeling on the houses my Parents owned. Often when we flipped houses I was the to go person because I do have a wide background of skills acquired over the years. This includes full Car restoration like sheet metal and heavy metal work as well as Concrete and I-Beam work (replacing a load bearing wall to make out of 2 smaller bedrooms one bigger one). Done Sprinkler System installations and Yard work including pond / Koy installation as well as roof installations and re-roofing jobs as well as interior remodeling and tiling jobs.
