Derek, the owner, has one of the best demeanors and attitudes of someone in the industry. He quoted a fair price and arrived on schedule at our home in South Tampa. Derek and his helper completed the job efficiently. We had all our upstairs carpeted bedrooms done and the staircase. We did have a hiccup where the wrong brush was used to clean the staircase, but I messaged Derek and he apologized and came the next day to make it right. Don’t wait, call Derek and his cleaning company. Your carpet will look so much better!

I put in a request for carpet cleaning and I needed it done the same day. Derek was able to fit me in for the same day. He arrived when he said he would, got to work right away, and was done before I knew it. My carpets now look like new. and price was what was quoted no extras. Will use him again

I would have chosen all 5 areas for excellent if Thumbtack would have allowed me to. Impact responded quickly to my inquiry and quoted a price that was fair. The suggested appointment time was well within you the timeframe offered. Three large rooms were cleaned and treated in around an hour. One room was discolored to the point I thought would need to purchase new carpet. After cleaning by Impact Cleaning Professionals, it looks brand new. I cant say enough great things about them. I highly recommend them for any cleaning needs you might need.
