- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary based upon the work required to resolve the problem effectively. Each home is a little different and thus a proper and full inspection will be needed to offer pricing on most issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon a customer reaching out to us for help, an inspection will be scheduled. During the inspection, we will inspect the attic and/or crawl space (when applicable) as well as the full exterior of the home so that we may understand how the animals are gaining entry to the home. We also need to know what other potential entry spots may be accessed next. We work with the customer to understand the issues at play, then offer a solution. Typically, a 1 year warranty is offered on our services based upon the services purchased.

Over a decade of wildlife experience and construction experience combined to be able to offer our customers the highest level resolution at a fair price.
