- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Paws of Friends, we offer competitive and transparent pricing. Our services vary based on the duration and frequency of care your dog needs. We offer discounts for multi-session packages, and new customers receive a discount on their first session. All prices will be agreed upon before services begin, with no hidden fees. If you have special requests, such as additional care or visits outside of regular hours, we will discuss these details beforehand to ensure mutual agreement on the costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with us for the first time, we start with a free initial consultation where we discuss your dog’s needs, habits, and any special instructions they may require. From there, we create a personalized care plan to ensure your dog gets the attention and care they deserve. We then coordinate the visits and keep you updated on your pet’s well-being. We want you to feel comfortable and confident knowing your furry friend is in great hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have formal training in animal care and behavior, and I have completed courses in canine behavior and pet first aid. Additionally, I have experience working in shelters and adoption centers, which has given me a deep understanding of the emotional and physical needs of dogs, from puppies to seniors. I am always learning to stay up-to-date with the best practices in pet care.
