- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Three service levels are offered - Consultative; hire us for a set number of hours for advice. We hold nothing back so you can ask us about layout, colors, furniture, do and don'ts and so much more! - Design only; we will design your space with all the details you request and give you a pull shopping list so you can buy and install yourself. - Full Interior Design - this is our most popular option. We design, order and install to create your dream space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Phone/video consultation establish we are good fit for one another. 2. Paid home/site visit to discuss project more and to start to establish design direction and budgets 3. Conceptional Design Phase 4. Detailed Design Phase 5. Design installation and management
