I had a chimney that had deteriorated due to termite and water damage. Urbans Solutions came, gave me a fair quote, and went above and beyond to not only repair the chimney but also make sure that I wouldn't have any more issues for the years to come. Urban Solutions couldn't provide a simple quote; I can only imagine their work quality. They're unorganized and irresponsible. The guy showed up on Monday, said I'd be getting the quote the next day. A couple of days later I messaged him, was told that the architect was causing a delay. A few days later I was told that I'd be getting the quote on Monday. That never happened and I stopped reaching out. A week later I get a random email with a quote meant for a different person and for a different project. I responded that my project was different, was told that I would be hearing back. They never got back to me with the quote. Needless to say, I would not hire these guys.
