FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate (local) for a full Tuning and Component Inspection. I will also fix any small repairs like sticky or broken keys on the spot for free if they are minor repairs. I offer services from inspection all the way to full restoration of any piano. I am currently donating 40% of all sales to KEYS FOR KIDS, a non profit specializing in restoring pianos, painting them with characters/themes and donating them to children, schools and churches.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contact me, i will respond within a few hours to confirm your job needs and availability. I will then follow up on the morning of our appointment to confirm. I am very punctual and responsive and enjoy every moment of my work. The harder the job the funner!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started piano when i was 6 years old, by the age of 12 i had finished all 8 certificates in classical and jazz piano for the Royal School of Music in England, UK. I then played piano through school and teenage years. Life got a hold of me and i stopped for a while, which is why i have started this service to reacquire my passion for playing music. I cannot read music well, however i have perfect pitch so i am able to listen to songs and play them by ear.
