Good afternoon, My name is Brandon from We Like To Move It Movers LLC. We are sorry for your disappointment. However, I would like to go on record of explaining the situation to the general public who may view this review. This client is upset due to a claim that our team could have moved faster than they did. Service was scheduled on 01/29 for a move on 02/03. We were in route on 02/03 to the clients residence (2 hour commute). Half way in to our travels the client contacted us to reschedule. We informed the client of our last minute resch./cancellation policies and fees (as also disclosed in our contract). The client agreed, we sent the client the updated contact, credit card authorization forms, and proceeded to reschedule for the following day 02/04. Client paid fees and commenced service for the following day. During the following days service we entered the home. In our estiamte provided to client, the client had informed us that they would have all smaller, misc. personal contents pre packed into boxes and bins, all large exercise equipment would be pre-disassembled, and roughly 25 pre packed boxes in total. We would be happy to provide any additional assistance required, but still, our estimate was only based on the labor and items list provided via client. When we arrived there were over 75 boxes, the client was not fully packed, misc. contents all over, and boxes were not closed. Exercise equipment was also not disassembled. We commenced service and called the client several times throughout the day to check in with them and make sure that they were pleased. We called the client about 4 hours into the service, and spoke to them. The client was made aware of the alterations to the estimate. The client informed us that everything was going great and they understand our hourly rate as contracted. The client than stated that our team was moving slower than they had hoped. I immedietly contacted our team to see why i would be hearing this from our client and to light a fire under our team to speed up the process. We than, touched base with the client again to make sure everything was moving up to their standards. The client was perfectly fine. We completed the full move after 13 hours of service. Upon completion, when it was time to pay the bill, we got a call from the client stating that they had paid their bill but they were unhappy. We proceeded to ask them how we can assist them and make this right. The husband/ boyfriend got on the phone and began screaming and yelling calling our staff names, derogatory comments, A** H****, Piece of S***, Scammers, etc. We continued to offer resolutions although the client could not hear us through all the screaming. The following morning we reached out to our client again, to find a resolution. At this point our client told us they don't want a resolution from us, they want to get the move for free and plan on disputing the full amount with their credit card company which they have. They followed up by leaving us 7 negative reviews on different venues. Even still, we contacted our client 3 days later to offer even more resolutions. The client said they would get back to us with an answer that evening. We called and texted multiple times and never received a response. Than we found more negative reviews they continued to leave us. This is never the result we are looking for as a small business, locally owned, and family operated. Our reputation is everything to us, and we would not still be in business if we were "Scammers". We provide the best customer service that we can with each and every service. We are very disappointed with the results of this particular service however we have tried every option, and every resolution we could think of. We hope to find ways to avoid similar situations in the future, and we have internally addressed these issues with our own team to be sure that nothing similar happens in the future.
