- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide our clients with the best value we can, as hundreds of reviews show. Since we don’t discount our quality of service, we don’t discount our prices, either.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before Installation • We speak with you to discuss your goals for hiring a professional, and we determine if we are a good fit for your project. • We look at any photos you submit to us so we can develop a plan of attack before we arrive. • Note for Instant Book Customers: please send us a message if you would like 2 installers for your project. During Installation • We go over your objectives for the project, just in case anything has changed. • With your goals in mind, we provide you with advice, based on our experience. • We methodically install the item(s) you commissioned us to mount. • When finished, we ask if you are happy with the results. • If necessary, we make adjustments until you are satisfied. After Installation • We check in with you to make sure you are still happy with our work, and we request a review.
