Her journey began in Miami, Florida where she had the privilege to work alongside the city's most prestigious leaders in the industry, later relocating to Palm Beach County to design luxury homes and commercial spaces. Kimberly’s approach is flexible and efficient, as her focus to evoke emotion in a home is translated through colors, textures and layering of styles. She strongly believes in designing with intention and raising awareness on the psychology of interior design. We're at the beginning of the process at this point. We signed a contract, and I paid a retainer. She is now in the process of creating room designs for me to choose from. I anticipate the project will be completed in the next 30 days.

So the project started out on a great note but then had no contact for the last 3 weeks. I later found out there were some medical issues that kept her away. We started out with furniture plans and went back and forth a little on paint and furniture choices. All was fine until the last few weeks when Kim was supposed to send choices for backsplash She said she sent them twice but nothing arrived so we selected our own backsplash. We then got back in touch and were off to the races again. Kim assisted with color schemes and bedding choices. The paint choices are beautiful. They look great with furniture we selected together. The kitchen is not completely done yet but that is on my contractor. The shiplap looks great on the livingroom wall. We move in in a few days so hopefully everything is done soon. I recommend using Kim for your project. We had a brief hiccup but in that was remedied. I would use her again for future projects.

Absolutely amazing! I loved working with Kimberly. She provided excellent, experienced design expertise. From the beginning she has constantly wowed us with her incredible, unique and detail oriented designs. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible and project-based. Clients have the option to choose between an hourly rate or a retainer fee, based on the project's scope of work which will include design time, digital presentations/plans as well as all consultations. A 15%-30% markup fee will be charged on purchases pertaining to furniture, wall coverings, lighting, fabrics, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new project is broken down into five phases. Phase I : The design concept, where the initial consultation is made, measurements are taken and a digital presentation is made to provide client with overall design. Phase II: Specification of products and purchases made upon client approval. Phase III: Project installation, delivery and installation of all purchases made. Phase IV: Contract admin services (if needed) job site visits, evaluating bids, supervision of contractors during renovations. Phase V: Closeout - Billing balances met, professional photography taken upon client approval, and overall project completion.
