They coordinate someone to come clean in a moments notice (w/in 45min) despite having a full schedule already. She fully cleaned a “two-children-dirty” 2bed 3bath condo with immaculate detail over the following ~5-6 hours. Incredibly quality work for the price, especially last minute.

I would recommend Empire Home Services a hundred times over. The cleaners arrived at my house earlier than expected, they were very professional and the quality of work was exceptional. They executed my job very well and for a last minute booking they did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants a proper cleaning at a very reasonable price. I am extremely pleased with their services.

I'm a property manager, and I recently had a tenant move out that did not leave the property in good condition. I reached out to Empire Home Services as they advertised that they did deep cleaning and move out cleaning. However, they sent me a photo and left me a voicemail saying that they did not want to clean the house as it was too dirty. Not professional at all. I would not recommend this company.

Hi Ellen, we are sorry that you were not pleased with how this was handled however we tried to reach out to you multiple times to communicate about the state of the home with no return. The toilet was not working and was left clogged with feces . As soon as we opened it bugs started to fly out everywhere. The home was in an unlivable condition. We were not notified beforehand of the state of the home and were only asked to take before and after pictures to receive payment .
