When I was searching for handyman for my apartment I was in rush to assemble Dining Table, BedFrame and TV Unit. I contacted Rock in afternoon saying I need assembly urgently and he was available in 30 minutes. He immediately started work as soon as he arrived and worked professionally on all assemblies without a mess. He even went above and beyond when at run time I got coffee table delivered and I asked him if he is ok to setup that one as well. He immediately agreed and set it up even though he was done for the day. Rock is true gentleman and nice spoken person. I highly recommend him for future work.

Rock had done a great job to replace my kitchen sink, the new sink looks amazingly gorgeous! I highly recommend Rock for his professionalism, responsive , highly quality of service as well as the reasonable price charge. Build 2 dressers from IKEA, took down an old tv that was mounted on the wall and exchanged tv mount and mounted the tv. Did more than an amazing job. Also, mentioned an issue with a closet door and he right away went and fixed it. Definitely will be using him for more projects!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can either agree on a set price or agree on my hourly rate. I always am very upfront and want to be on the same page. I let you decide. For hourly, I charge a minimum of 2 hours to cover my expenses and time getting to you to get the job done, of course it is for the first 2 hours of work as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure it is a good fit for both of us. There is not much I can’t do when it comes to fixing or building but if if it isn’t something I am comfortable doing I will let you know. We agree on a date and time to get the job started. We agree on a set price or my hourly rate and I show up to get the job started and get it done. If you want to book me in advance for a future date, I ask for a small deposit to block off my time for you and that will apply towards the work I do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I have been doing renovations since 1999, there is no better training than hands on training and there is no substitute for experience.
