Repair man himself was thorough and quick with the repair. Communication with the company as a whole was not very good. I would wait days and have to remind them to get back to me about scheduling follow-ups for Repair.

I requested a service call for an LG washer and the "pro" showed up and started a wash cycle and used Google translator to say I need a new drain pump- I found that difficult to believe since it was audibly turning on and draining but it was also leaking water. He called the office ? I'm assuming, and they quoted me $240 to replace. 1 looked up the part online during this same time, and it's a $25 part, they described the labor as taking 10 minutes. He motioned to me while I was on the phone with the office? And typed into his phone that if I set it up with him directly it would be $120. I called my stepdad to come and assist because I wasn't comfortable and as a single parent that just moved, I wanted to make sure I wasn't being over charged. My step dad told him we wouldn't be needing his services. I spent the last 2 weeks trying to discover the cause of the leaking water and finally discovered a small tube that was disconnected from the basin- I attached it back and have had zero leaking and no additional problems at all with the washing machine. It is very disappointing that someone was willing and actively trying to take advantage of me and rip me off for such a large amount when it was clearly a very simple fix. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will absolutely let them know of the experience that I had with the "pro". I wasted $60 for him to come and try to steal from me essentially and that is just infuriating! I can only wonder how many other people have been taken advantage of and stolen from with this type of deception. I am willing to bet that I am not the only one, and I hope this review saves others from this type of con and waste of money
