The job was completed successfully, and I appreciate that there are no longer any issues with dripping water. The technician did a great job. However, I found the pricing to be quite high for a straightforward cartridge replacement in the shower drain, especially considering there were no complications. The service cost $450, whereas other companies quoted between $270- $350 for the same job. I attempted to discuss this with the supervisor to see if an adjustment could be made, but unfortunately, there was no flexibility. While I value the quality of work, I believe the pricing could be more competitive.
