THE WAY THUMBTACK WORKS...
When you place your request on Thumbtack, you have choices.
1. Search for a Service Pro, view their profile(s)
2. Decide if you want to let up to four (4) pros contact you or ONE.
3. Leave your request or Book on their calendar. (When you do the latter, keep in mind,
AUTOBOOKING ON OUR CALENDAR COSTS MORE!
AUTOBOOK CANCELATION POLICY:
If you auto book and do NOT CANCEL within an HOUR, We are charged anyway.
Our cancelation fee on autobook is $99.
REGULAR REPAIRS/SERVICE:
(85 1st hr+50 trip, plus lead fee) is the variable charge thumbtack charged us for your information. So if your lead is $25 your fee incl 1st hour is $160
addl hours $85 per hr.
materials not included. Wehave $150 min. All prices within 30mi.
SPECIALS:
(6 hr day rate) is $560 flat rate
This is also the same discount for veterans, seniors, disabled.
WE DO FLAT RATE ON INSTALLS ONLY NOT SERVICE CALLS.

I'm almost always able to price over the phone to you. Or a very close estimate. We only need to see the job for a true materials list.
THUMBTACK USES TERMS LIKE
1. On SITE ESTIMATES are usually for substantial jobs,
WE DO NOT CHARGE AN ESTIMATE FEE if hired.
2. SERVICE CALL a request for service repair only
3. BASE PRICE normal non- emergency hourly rate
Which doesn't coinside with every request or every pros format.
If you require a price in writing, that is okay. We can do that too.
WE PRICE SIMPLE. HOURLY DAILY or by "PIECE". We can give you a close figure on a phone of how long it will take. WE HAVE A 10% SIX HOUR DISCOUNT. (off normal trip plus hour plus 5 hours)$575-57.5=517.50 plus materials. Avail. anywhere in 30 mi radius.
HOME WARRANTY SVC.
We expect payment day of service.
You pay us and SUBMIT our INVOICE to them. And
They pay you back. we DO NOT write ESTIMATES OR BILL THEM directly.
