JOBS WE COVER INCLUDE:
Repairs. A service call is for Repairs not installation. Our fee is $150 includes 1st hour. Addl hours are $85 hr. plus materials. We dont mark up supplies and nothing extra is added to our invoice NOTHING.

Installations can be by the job or day. or hour. we price most anything over the phone. It'ss quite unnecessary to conpare between pros on thumbtack there's not many of us, and the pricing is very competitive.
you're not going to get a "bargain" with electricians. We are Electricians, not handy man joes!

Please Note we will not create a vent hole through your roof for exhaust or attic fans bath fans we will vent thru the underside of eves roof holes should be done by a professional roofer we are happy to (work with them) on our portion when coordinated service such as this is needed.

PRICING & POLICY:
THE WAY THUMBTACK WORKS...
When you place your request on Thumbtack, you have 2 choices.
1. Search for a Service Pro, view their profile(s)
2. Decide if you want to let up to four (4) pros contact you or specifically pick ONE.
Regular, no surprise pricing!
(85 1st hr+50 trip, + Thumbtack's fee) (the variable charge thumbtack charged us for your information) So if your info was $15 your total is $150. all inclusive with the hour. If your lead is $25 your fee incl 1st hour is $160 If your job is 3-6 hrs we often absorb the minimum call fee.
addl hours $85 per hr.
Materials not included and we don't pad those either! We do have $150 min. All prices within 30mi. extra mileage small fee applies.
SPECIALS:
(6 hr day rate) is $550 flat rate (regular price) for ANY Service or install.
5% Discount for veterans, first responders, seniors & disabled. 10% discount on referals of friends & family and coworkers on their first time client job.

THUMBTACK USES TERMS LIKE;

We reserve on site estimates for multi-day projects or substantial jobs, ($1500. plus.) In the case your job isn't at that level or you're looking for several pros to COMPETE for your relatively small job, (we can offer pricing by phone)or you're looking for a pre-purchase inspection or pre-purchase price to repair something that is needed prior to purchase for the closing, we charge $100. We also can do a full in depthelectrical inspection for $300.
Other terms used by Thumbtack;
2. SERVICE CALL is a request for service repair only and are hourly + materials plus s/c
3. BASE PRICE normal non- emergency hourly rate plus s/c
4. Emergency rate call is $200 flat fee after hours call and $100 hourly. within 30 miles.
HOME WARRANTY SVC.
RULES
We expect payment day of service.
You pay us and SUBMIT our INVOICE to them. And
They pay you back. we DO NOT write ESTIMATES OR BILL THEM directly.
