- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing is $85 per hour however we discount our hourly rates for non-profits down to $50 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have an introductory meeting or phone call to discuss the project and clarify its specifications. We then set up our client with our project management tool to insure they receive the proper updates of their project through the life cycle of our engagement. Customer service and professional communication is very important to us.
