FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is bid reasonably, on a per job basis. Just a few of the factors we base our pricing on are accessibility, i.e. location in yard, near power lines/utilities, can we leave the debris or does it have to be hauled away, are we able to reach the tree with our equipment or does the tree have to be climbed and all the debris hauled out by hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment within 24 hours to meet the customer at the property and evaluate the job. Our trained professional would write up a detailed proposal and present it to the customer. If the job is approved, we would schedule the work to be performed within 7-10 days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a staff ISA Certified Arborist that is trained in all aspects of arboriculture. This certification sets us apart as a company with the commitment, dedication, and knowledge to provide quality service to our customers. Our field employees receive ongoing training for the most up to date safety and tree health care pruning techniques which are all done in accordance with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) A-300 Standards.
