- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to earn your business not once but many times over the years. Once you become a client of ours, we want to be your "sprinkler guy" forever! For that reason along with our strong business ethics, we want to give you fair and competitive prices that make you happy and not think that we are EVER trying to overcharge you. Being family owned and operated, we get to offer very competitive prices to earn your business. Our prices reflect our small business values of offering an outstanding service with a personal touch while still being able to beat the competition. We give honest prices and free estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So when you first contact us, we will try to get more information about what is going on with your system. If we can get a grasp for exactly what you need, we can possibly provide a free estimate right over the phone. Otherwise, we will schedule a convenient time for us to stop by and give you a free estimate in person and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of experience. Ask us about what is new to the industry and we only like to use the best products available through our exclusive irrigation distributors.
