We are an elderly couple, that spends winters in Florida. After 38 years, our building in Palm Beach was acquired by a developer, and we were forced to sell our apartment. Due to our ages, we had very specific requirements for a new residence. The timing of our situation was complicated by our need to depart for our other residence in New Jersey.Nicole Evasius was a calm guiding light from the outset. Nicole continues to demonstrate the mastery of her skills in real estate! Not only did she help me properly price my home, but gave amazing advise on how to stage it, and she helped give us history of the area in terms we could understand. She was so easy to work with and she sold our home quickly. Her strategies work and helped us get top dollar for our home. Our neighbors have a similar home to us, but don't have Nicole and 5 months later they are still trying to sell and just dropped their price another $60k. I'm so glad we listened to Nicole. She is literally the best and I will continue to recommend her to my friends and family.

I charge a flat fee of $99 per month per property to manage your property. I charge 2.5% to represent you in a real estate transaction whether it is as a buyer or a seller.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to talk to you briefly so that we can get to know eachother and I can have a better understanding of your needs. Then its off and running, whether you need property management or real estate services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a real estate broker in South Florida for 25 years and have owned my own brokerage for most of that. I have trained over 200+ realtors and have participated in thousands of transactions. I am a real estate broker in Florida and South Carolina. I also have a Bachelors Degree with Real Estate as my major from Florida Atlantic University.
