PMI West Palm is a very professionally run organization. They answer the phone right away (with a live human!), and provide good value for the services offered. I am very impressed with their tech and how automated everything is through the owner portal. Laura is very communicative and I receive a statement every month via email. I feel confident in PMI's ability to keep my rentals rented and in good shape.
