- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is a 10% management fee. Our percentage is based on the net nightly rate after the hosting fee is charged by the OTA. No fees are taken on cleaning taxes or any other fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss what your pain oints were with the old management company (if you haad one) and see what is the monthly income that we could produce. We aim to outdo Airdna.co projections by at least 25% and many times we score about 100% above Airdna projections. Not all management companies are created equal and the OTA's algorithm has much to do with the response rate, guest satisfaction, SEO in the listing copy as well as overall account health.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continue to attend seminars and take courses on the latest in the industry. A mandatory minimum of 2 webinars are attended by management to keep up with the latest industry trends. We also have a 3rd party outside coach who periodically reviews our performance and we discuss how we can improve the listing, pricing, and any other advice to increase the homeowner's bottom line.
